On the benefits of pool activities, and hobbies that can provide us with aquatic exercise.

Pools, and other bodies of water, are our only opportunity to carry ourselves in a matrix other than air.

Unlike other bodies of water though, pools are contained, supervised, and safe from natural creatures and elements.

The physical support and the resistance water provides make aquatic activity healthy, beneficial, and fun.

Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off the bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen the muscles.
